Roast Lamb

4 lamb chops
4 potatoes
4 mushrooms
1 dash pepper
1 dash ground rosemary
1 dash basil
2 turnips

Place lamb chops in a covered dish. Sprinkle on spices. Put potatoes, turnips and mushrooms in pan. If you wish, you may add carrots and onions too. Cover pan with foil or lid.

Put into oven at 375 degrees for 2 hours.
