Country Style Spare Ribs Recipe

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork spare ribs
1 jar barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon dried onions
1 dash garlic
1 dash pepper
6 tablespoons honey
Acquire a raised rack and place in baking pan. Lay in spare ribs. Spread honey on pork and the sauce over the honey - no need to use the whole jar here. Pile it on and spread it around with a fork. Sprinkle on the spices.
Place in oven at 392 degrees for a little over an hour. Check it frequently beginning at the 45 minute mark at which time - depending on how much you like it - you may wish to spread on some more barbecue sauce.
The pork is done when it looks a little dry and it is cut easily with a fork.
