I seldom sit back and think to myself, "Now, what am I going to make for supper?" Instead, I go to the freezer and pull out the first package of meat that my grimy mitts come across. With this in hand, I decide what it can be made into. Very frequently and often to my surprise, a package of pork appears before my eyes. I like pork, but I seldom associate it directly with supper or dinner or whatever.
Luckilly, there are many things that can be done with pork. In fact, most recipes for chicken and many of the ones for beef can be made with pork instead. Try pork and dressing with the mushroom soup sauce (instead of chicken and dressing) or a pork roast instead of a roast beast. However, there are other dishes that are traditionally made with pork. Most notably, pork chops. There are several ways to prepare pork chops, you can fry them in a pan, cook them on the grill and, my favorite, bread them and bake them.
