Chicken Gorgonzolla Recipe

4 chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 dash pepper
1/2 cup gorgonzolla cheese

It is best if the chicken is skinless and boneless. Place chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle on pepper. Cover the dish and place in the oven at about 375 degrees for about an hour or until chicken is cooked through and tender.

When chicken is about done, put margarine or butter in saucepan on medium heat. When margarine begins to bubble, stir in flour. Make sure you get the flour completely wet with the margarine. Immediately add milk, crumbled cheese and pepper. Keep on medium heat and stir fairly constantly until sauce is thickened.

Put chicken on plates and dump sauce over the top.

If you cannot find gorgonzolla cheese, try bleu cheese. It makes my mouth water just to read this recipe.
