BBQ Chicken

6 half chicken breasts boneless and skinless
12 tablespoons barbecue sauce
6 tablespoons honey
2 dashes red pepper
2 dashes pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1 sprinkle of dried chives

Any real man will already know how to do this, but if you are still earning your stripes, here is the lowdown. If you have a charcoal grill first boil the chicken to be sure the insides get done (for most gas grills with a hood this step will not be necessary).

Toss the chicken on the grill. Spread honey and BBQ sauce over the chicken. Liberally add spices. Turn as needed (usually not more than twice).

This is good with a light beer, like coors. This may be dumped over the fowl during the cooking process depending on taste and the number of six-packs available.
