Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

1 1/2 cups rice
1 pound chicken thighs
4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon margarine
1 pound bean sprouts
Place dash of oil in large skillet and turn on medium-high. Cut up chicken and toss into skillet.
Put 3 cups of water and margarine in separate pan. Bring to boil. Add rice. Stir and set on simmer.
Add teriyaki sauce to the chicken. Cut up vegetables and mushrooms and fry with the chicken.
When rice is done, add bean sprouts to chicken. Turn frying pan on high and cook until most of water has evaporated.
Put rice on plate. Spoon Teriyaki Chicken on top. Serves four unless you are with Robin. In that case it serves two.
Suggested Beverage: Saki or any Japanese beer
Serving Ideas : Serve with snow peas.
