Chicken and Dressing

2 chicken breasts without skin
1 box stuffing
1 onion
1 carrot
1 can mushroom soup
3 dashes paprika

Chop onion and carrot. Prepare dressing per instructions, only toss in the onion and carrot as you are waiting for the water to boil. Set aside the dressing.

Cut chicken (turkey or pork may be substituted at your discretion] into strips. Dump dressing into long baking pan and mound it up in the middle of the pan. Line surrounding area with chicken strips then spread the mushroom soup over the top of all. Sprink on the paprika.

Cover with lid or foil. Pop into oven for 1 and a quarter hours at 375 degrees.

Suggested Beer: Red Wolf

Serving Ideas : Serve with brocolli, if you are into that kind of thing.
